Thee Marloes are a group from Indonesia, and these two cuts are from their last LP "Perak" ("silver" in Indonesian), released last year. Which I have, and have enjoyed playing in the living room and on stream. But there was something about them being paired as a single that made me dig back in, and I'm glad that I did. Stripped down, vibrant production, beautiful vocals, and a pace that puts me at peace. Not today, satan, "Not Today".
